Dave offers his clients a breadth of experience that encompasses a strong knowledge of the Mountain Home Area as well as the benefit of extensive residential building and development experience in this market. The purchase or sale of a home is a significant business transaction that must be continually nurtured and monitored up until the time of the deed's recording. His broad experience allows Dave to offer perspective in a variety of areas important to home sellers, buyers or investors.
In addition to being a licensed Real Estate Salesperson, Dave holds an Arkansas Real Estate Appraisal license. Although diligent and hard working, Dave's approach with real estate clients is somewhat low-keyed. Having bought several properties, he has never enjoyed working with overly zealous and aggressive agents. He prefers someone who is a good listener, patient and understanding, the elements of service that he has successfully provided to his many clients for more than 20 years.
Dave holds a master's degree in Food Science from the University of Missouri in Columbia, Missouri.
